These terms apply to the Shopify app PriceLater Wholesale ("the app"), provided by Elektraset, s.r.o. ("we"). By installing the app, the merchant ("you") accepts these terms.
The app lets your customers submit wholesale order requests without prices, lets you set final quantities and prices and create Shopify orders, creates invoices for your terms, records payments, and sends emails to your customers. The app is a record-keeping tool; it does not process payments and it is not accounting, tax or legal advice.
The app has a Free plan and paid plans (Growth, 19 USD per 30 days; Pro, 49 USD per 30 days) with a 14-day free trial. Paid plans are billed by Shopify on your Shopify invoice. You can change or cancel the plan at any time in the app; Shopify handles prorating and refunds under its own billing rules. Plan limits (number of wholesale customers and order requests per month) are shown in the app.
You own your data. We process it as described in the privacy policy. You can export invoices, payments and statements as CSV at any time.
We work to keep the app available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change the app; we tell you in advance about changes that reduce paid features or raise prices.
To the extent the law allows, the app is provided "as is", and our total liability is limited to the fees that you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits.
You can stop at any time by uninstalling the app. We may end the service for a merchant who breaks these terms. After uninstall, your data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
